Our place is located at the very central yet quite Koyunbaba area, close to very hip Gumusluk and chic Yalikavak area, each are ten minutes drive away from the home.

Also there is public transportation available and a local open air market is set every sunday at the neighborhood, and there is also a large supermarket.

The public beach 🏝 is 5 minutes on foot, and the estate has a pool 🏊 too.
The space
The house is situated in a housing estate.
Our place is designed as a regular house rather than a summer house. So you may find beach related stuff like an icebox and badminton, but you will also see an electric stand mixer.

It has a lovely garden, where you may enjoy your meals, have a drink 🍸 , sunbath ☀️ or if you a sporty one you may exercise 🧘🏻🤸🏽there too, we are providing basic supplies. And we also have a very comfy hammock to take a nap 💤.

We have 2 bedrooms, both have double beds 🛏 and wardrobes of their own, and a large sofa 🛋 to sleep on, in case there are 5 guests present.
